This catalog is not to be considered an offer to enter into a contract or a contractual agreement between the university and the student or between the professor and the student. While frequent changes are not probable, the administration reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary and acknowledges that under certain circumstances special activities of the university or part of the university community might impinge upon the normal academic schedule. All students are responsible for adherence to the university’s rules and procedures, whether published in this catalog, the Student Handbook or other official media.
