Course Title
3D Modeling Design Printing
Course Description
A basic introduction to using computer-aided design (CAD) software to model 3D objects and parts to be used in real-world applications. Proper use, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of filament 3D printers will be covered in order to produce quality printed components as efficiently as possible. Emphasis will be placed on design considerations throughout the modeling and printing processes so parts can be used to interface with and solve real-world problems. This course will not count toward the physics major or minor. 4SH. CC: Analytical Thought
