Course Description
This self-paced course is designed to prepare students for the physics portion of the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) and/or Optometry Admission Test (OAT) examination. Students will learn MCAT-specific concepts and problem-solving techniques covering topics including mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, thermodynamics, and modern physics. All resources will be provided for the students to successfully complete the assigned work. Students need to work actively and independently at the material, and instructors will be on hand to help. This course will not count toward the physics major or minor. Graded: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only. 4 SH. CC: none
