Course Description
This lab explores enzyme kinetics and inhibition as well as methods of isolation, purification, identification, and analysis of proteins and enzymes. This lab is designed to provide technical skills necessary for biochemical research. Prerequisite: CHEM-204 General Chemistry II or CHEM-232 Structure and Reactivity and CHEM-222 Organic Chemistry II. 1 SH. 3 laboratory hours.
